i want to put my dvd on there. do i have to download a movie from itunes or can i just put my own

it is a dell demention 3100. i need to add three more ports so i can dock a weather station , ipod , an the web camra.

I bought a Samsung LCD HDTV yesterday. I also bought a HDMI cable that would connect my MediaCom cable box to my TV.

I connected the two together using both the HDMI cable and an existing Coax cable. When I choose the source of HDMI, it is better picture clarity & sound, HOWEVER the picture is shrunk down to approximate 4:3.

When I swithc to the Coax, it fills the entire screen.

Both sources say that they are displaying in 16:9 mode. Am I doing something wrong or will my digital cable only show in the 4:3 mode?

i have an ipod mini. it broke. i didnt do anything to it. it just froze up one day. i did put those little gem thingys on it. they were glue on. a couple of people told me that the glue would kill it if the glue got inside of it, but the glue never got in it. ive had problems w/ it feezing up but i could fix it holding down the select and play buttons but this time it wont charge or anything. PLEASE HELP !!! i <3 my ipod. =[ thnx.

I got an ipod mini a while ago. It was from my cousin and it has a lot of good songs that i want to keep on it. Before i can use it on itunes, I have to reformat it to my computer. how will i get my songs onto my computer before i reformat it???

We have an 80 GB Video Ipod. My husband has been working with itunes software and putting all this stuff on it. My question is do you really have to keep all of the files on your computer also? Cause if that's the case then we will need a bigger hard drive to cover our normal stuff and the Ipod's stuff which is absolutely ridiculous!

I just bought a Dolby 5.1 compatable home theatre surround system. I was wondering if the cables I am using will allow for the surround sound to work properly. It's a pretty cheap system, and it doesn't allow for video to go throught the Amp, and then to the TV. So the audio must come directly from the TV.

My setup is this:
DVD player to TV with AV cables (Yellow, Red, White)
TV Audio to Amplifier with AV cables (Red, White)

I'm not sure if AV cables are the proper term, but it's the older style Audio/Video cables with the Yellow for video and the red and white for Audio.

Will the surround sound still work when I put a DVD in with 5.1 compatable audio?

Ok so my younger cousin just suffered a computer virus and he lost all of his music. His songs are still on his iPod but they're no longer on his computer. SO if he plugs his iPod into his computer, iTunes will update it and erase all of his other songs.
He only had 300 songs on his iPod but is there any way to keep those songs on his iPod without having to re-download them? Please? thanks!

I have a Pink 4BG iPod Mini, and now a Black 30GB iPod Video. I got the mini in November of 2005, and I got the Video for Christmas. My mini was not working, but I finally fixed it. I really don't want to sell it, but If I can get some money for it, then I will. Should I sell this mini right now, or wait a long long while until it turns into an antique then sell it? I bought it for $200. I want to get atleast $250 for it. Is this possible? Can technology even turn into an antique???

To view the right side of the page I have to actually scroll over to the right side of the page...am I using the wrong browser? Basically, the internet website doesn't appear to fit on my screen...it's too big. When I go to Yahoo! Mail, and I click on "delete" to delete a piece of mail, nothing happens.

My brother has a Wii and has NO problem like this. No matter what setting I put my PS3 on, the dang screen is SO BIG. How can I make it to fit my tv screen as if it were just a plain old computer monitor? This is really upsetting me! Help!

When I try to print an 8x10 picture from the Sony A 100 with my printer ,the print comes out too small , as a 6.5 x 9. This does not fill an 8x 10 frame . I do not have this problem with my other two cameras , using the same printer, computer, and software . If anybody has a solution to this problem I would aapreciate it . This is obviously not a printer or software problem because I do not have this problem with pictures from my other two cameras

I need help. I might be gettin an 80g iPod soon, (becuase I'm going to load it up with tv shows and movies) and I need to know if I should wait for the next ipod to come out. I have a problem. I recently got a new iPod nano and i want to try and download songs and such onto it, the only problem is, i have a Windows 98 computer. The only iTunes software avaliable online is for Windows 2000 and Windows XP. So my question is, is there an iTunes software offered online for a Windows 98 computer?
