I have a Pink 4BG iPod Mini, and now a Black 30GB iPod Video. I got the mini in November of 2005, and I got the Video for Christmas. My mini was not working, but I finally fixed it. I really don't want to sell it, but If I can get some money for it, then I will. Should I sell this mini right now, or wait a long long while until it turns into an antique then sell it? I bought it for $200. I want to get atleast $250 for it. Is this possible? Can technology even turn into an antique???

That Mini will not likely be a valuable antique anytime soon. There are way too many of them and compatibility will be an issue in the future. I would pay attention to what they are getting on eBay right now and if that seems reasonable, sell yours. I think your price of $250 is too high. There are too many going for $150 or less.

Sure, I suggest you wait for 10 years then try to sell it then. By then, Apple would have come out with far more advanced IPODS and the IPOD mini would be looked at as a thing of the past. Not to mention, people might not want to buy it again...look are people racing to buy vinyl record these days at top prices these days? Well your best bet would be to sell it to the pound.

I highly doubt you will get $250 for it. Technology, outdates, so unless it is something very rare, the chances of it increasing in value are slim. The pink ipod minis are selling on ebay for around $80 (some Brand new in box for higher).

yes, the apple II computer is very old and fetches a lot of money on ebay. I would wait, You might get $150 for it now tops now. eventually (on a cold day in hell but eventually) apple will no longer make the iPod and you will be happy you saved it.
