I lost my phone in the mall and I reported the cell phone missing a few hours later. Since I have insurance on the phone and I just paid my bill in full Sprint quickly sent a replacement. Customer service told me I would not have to pay for any damages on the account. A few days later they call and say I need to pay $200+ dollars again I told them the problem and they said do not worry about it. Now Sprint says I owe $461 dollars because even though I reported the phone missing someone was still charging to my account. I feel I should not pay for this and would like to know if their is a way to counter this. Thank You your input would be greatly valued.
