I bought an Olypmus Ws-320M and the AAA battery dies out really quickly. When i plug it into the pc it opens (it relies on the electricity from the pc not the batter) so i thought if i plugged the usb device to a usb charger would the digital recorder fry or charge? on the back of the digital recorder it says DC === 1.5V:ANSI AAA. Is there any chance that an ipod usb charger could charge the digital recorder?

I'm really awesome and technologically savvy. I have a black and white television, a brand new Speak-N-Spell, and that new hit game all the kids are talking about: Crack the Whip.

I'm not really sure I want to shell out the cash for a super-sweet VCR. I mean, I know it's cutting edge and all, but wouldn't my friends want to hang out with me regardless of my NEW technology?

There's a new show coming out called NIGHT RIDER. I'm pretty excited to see it. I heard it's about some car and some dude who's huge in EUROPE.

Crap! My thirty pound cellular telephone just broke. Does anyone have any duct-tape?

I'm looking to buy myself the newest iPod. I'm considering getting the black 80GB iPod that supports videos, pictures, music, games, etc. Before I make the move and spend over $300USD on the product, I want to get all of your opinions on it and an insight on any problems that you've had with your own iPod (problems on older iPods are useless to know since they've probably been fixed). Also, tell me all about the cool hacks you've done with your iPod such as installing linux, playing DOOM, etc. :-)

So, should I reconsider my choice or embrace it?

P.S. -- Please don't use Microsoft's Zune as something I should consider since I'm not too fond of the DRM usage and WiFi limitations.

I'd like to be able to access several e-mail accounts, use my mobile phone for wireless computer access, manage my calendar (preferably in or compatibile with MS Outlook), have a 1MP or better camera, and be slender enough to keep comfortably in a blazer pocket.
Also, being able to view and manage Excel and Word documents, listen to MP3s, and do instant messaging (MSN, Yahoo) would be helpful!
It seems like the Blackjack is my best bet; what does everyone think?

I am considering buying xbox live for my xbox (i dont have a 360 yet but might in the near future). I bought a remote control car for my friend's son. I have just noticed on the small print "Warning this product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm" What does this refer to? Is it the batteries? It is a remote control Spin Pro. Thanks!
