I want to burn a CD using a playlist in iTunes. However, whenever I put a disc into my disc drive to begin burning a CD, iTunes freezes. Any tips on how to resolve this problem and burn a disc?

I followed the instructions in the users manual and called Casio support. The date is still not showing up on printed pictures nor on the pc screen after I uploaded the pictures. It does appear on the display window on the camera.
