Grasshopper, are you still you're mother's child once the umbilical cord has been cut. The tie may severed, but the phone is not mobile....you, my friend are the mobile one.

Mobile- Capable of moving or of being moved readily from place to place.
Your phone, regardless of the lenght of cord is still tethered within confines.
In reality, it is the opposite of mobile (fixed)

somewhat, but thats where the term limited mobility comes in bcuz ur "long cord" will only go so far. even a cordless phone cuz u can only go so far.
