I want to crop and enlarge a picture I have, but its blurry and I need to increase the resolution. I have the program -Picture This to enable me to crop and resize, but its still comes out blurry. Is there another software, where I can focus it better??

Sorry, but there's not a lot that software can do for this.
Regarding the focus issue, there is no software that can re-focus an existing picture. The best you can do is sharpen the edges to create the illusion of focus.
Regarding the resolution, there is no software that can reveal extra detail if it's not in the original picture to begin with. The best you can do is interpolate the image to smooth over pixelation when enlarging.

you could develop the decision, notwithstanding the pc may might want to wager what the pixels are interior the recent part of the canvas that receives created once you amplify the picture. If it is already blurry (on the show screen), then you honestly're stuck. it is the draw back of digital images over movie. movie's chemical coming up procedure has a significantly better decision than maximum cameras, yet they're catching up. you ought to attempt increasing the decision, yet retaining the canvas length a similar. i'm no longer certain a thanks to attempt this with your software, yet after all you should use the unique image, to resize it, then crop and do your different outcomes.
