1. Pretending they didn't see you.
2. Telling a customer that everything they have is on display (unless their manager is standing next to them - as then they'd quickly go into the store room and fetch the object in question).
3. Trying to amuse themselves - balancing on chairs, messing around with co-workers, seeing how many steps it takes to walk across the store without opening their eyes - that general kind of thing.

I would expect them to "say":
1) Can I help you?
2) Unfortunately, I can't help you, you need to speak to another department..
3) Can I put you on hold......
Then you have to listen to dreadful telephone music and a repetition of above by someone else twenty minutes later!
