how much does a SIM card for a nokia phone from cingular cost?

does any sim card work for any phone? or do you need a specific one? can they replace it at the store?

Any sim card usually works for any phone, unless the phone is locked. You can easily have it unlocked though. You don't actually pay for the sim card. You pay for the service, which comes with a sim card, and then you pay for whatever phone you want, unless they offer free ones, depending on how long your contract is.
