Anybody have any good plans for a all band end fed wire antenna ? limited space and i dont want to upset the niegbours so low visibility would be good.

I'm 15 years old and finally recieved my final paycheck from a job i have been doing for 6 weeks. I know have a total of $1000. I'm planing on saving $700. What Game console, Xbox 360 and PSP games should i buy with my $ 300 of spending.
