I think your best bet would be to order one online, through whatever retailer you like, and have it shipped. Buying gaming consoles out of USA, Japan, or mainstream Europe is pretty risky, because vendors like to modify them, or take out parts that they can use in other things. It'll be a pretty steep shipping cost, but if you really want a gamecube then it'll be worth it. Try ebay or any other auction sites for the best deal.
