I am looking to reverse a few images of mine taken from my digital camera on my pc.Can someone please tell me where I can find one and about how much it is ?

The Microsoft Paint accessory that comes with windows can do the job.
When you say 'reverse', do you mean invert the colors or make a mirror image of the picture? Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, Paint to run it. Open the image file and use either Image, Invert Colors or Image, Flip/Rotate.

It's already on your computer.
Go to Accessories>Paint and click on it.
Open the file you want to invert.
Click on "Image" at the top and then click on
Invert colors....
