in keeping your computer in the fast lane you have to reinstall windows every couple of months. I want to stop doing that. Is there an alterntive way I can keep it in the fast lane.

I have the demo of a program called Mixvibes which just expired but I remember reading about a way to get past this by setting back the date of your computer. I just tried it but it didnt work so Im thinking there might have been something I forgot to do. Anyone else know how to do this?
P.S. Before people start posting comments telling me to just buy the program, I am planning to buy it, as the demo is very limited, but need to save up the $200 that it costs.

I just recently had to restore my computer and I lost software that came on the computer. I'm not interested in purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of software. some body please help me with adobe photoshop cs2. how do i make a specific picture a layer and how do i add it to another specific layer (background i guess)? i have read the help files that came with the software and i purchased photoshop cs2 for dummies. i am completely new to photoshop and cannot find anywhere in any tutorials or help files EXACTLY how i assign a file as a layer that can be put together with another. maybe im stupid or illitterate but it's so aggravating to pay that much for a software i can't barely use. anyways if someone could explain to me as simply as possible i would be so thankful

I need a laptop that can hold all the Sims2 expansions and the ones that are coming and My friends laptop is so fast it only takes 5 secs to load the game. 10 sec to get to the neighborhood. 20 sec to go to lotys and creat a family. Mine takes 3 times as much in minutes. One time it took a HOUR. I have an hp. my friend has a tOBISHA. I dont know how she custimized hers but her graphics are weird!!
