I see Leland looking at web pages and reading the crimes and descriptions off of. What software do bail bondsmen and bounty hunters use?

Public court records, each county haves their court records online. So all they have to do is go to that site and enter their name or case number and the docket sheets will come up. You can do the same thing for free too.
Also if they have a phone number but no address they can do a reverse look up on line too. Go to the site , put in the number and it will give them the address. There are several different sites to do that just go to google type in "reverse lookup" and they will come up. That is also a free service as well.
