The process is UNINSTALLING and "NOT" deleting of programs.
To uninstall (meaning to completely delete the program of of your system) Click Start> Settings> Control Panel... Choose Add of remove programs. Find the program that you want to remove and click "remove".
Well,, mayber you are having problems regarding some files from the program the you delete and still some files remain...
If you encounter that problem, Select the file and press "shift+delete"... These keyboard stroke totally delete a file and these thing cannot be undone.... You cannot bring back the file so you must be careful of using this shortcut....
The upside of "SHIFT+DELETE is that the files that you deleted you not go in the recycle bin, the file will totally delete...
The downside is that you cannot bring it back anymore..
hope it help

You should ALWAYS be using Control Panel/Add-Remove programs - select your program and UNINSTALL - never delete. They should never go into the recycle bin. By the way, if you've actually deleted them - many times the Uninstall won't work - depending on if you just deleted the shortcut or tried to actually delete the program instead of uninstalling. Good luck.

Either uninstall them from the Control panel (Start > Control panel > Add orRemove programs)
or go to C:\Program Files
Click the program you want to delete
Hold down SHIFT and press the DELETE key on your keyboard. That will bypass the recycle bin and delete it for good.

1. Click on "start" in the lower left-hand corner.
2. Find "Control Panel" and click on it.
3. Click "Add or Remove Programs"
There will now be a display of the programs that have been installed on your computer.
4. Scroll down until you find the program(s) that you wish to delete and then click on it once.
5. You will be prompted to click on "change/remove" button.
6. Follow the instructions to remove the program(s) and they will be gone for good.
Hopfully that'll help unless you're using an older version of Windows.

Delete them like you would normally do, when they go into the recycling bin. Then open up recycling bin and delete them from there. They will be gone forever if you do that.

You have to UNINSTALL a program, not delete it.
Anything in the trash bin can be deleted by right clicking on it and clearing it out
