having problems installing itunes 7?

my advice is to just stick to your old itunes because i downloaded itunes 7 and it is not working properly the songs become all static, my guess is something went wrong when they created the program

There are currently major problems with 7 - no fixes yet. Most folks who installed it are reverting to 6 right now anyway.
