I am a recording engineer who has worked in N.Y.C. for 12 years recording audio for radio and T.V. commercials. I've used Pro-Tools for Mac, but I have a Hewlitt Packard. If you know of a good audio software program let me know, please.

I am making a picture slide show of pic from my digital camera set to music but the music is too loud any way to lower the level of the music? I have windows xp and am using nero. looking mabye for a free program? I am burning it to a dvd disk.

I managed to change the color of a footer in my document, but when I print it only the odd pages have changed color. The even sre still blue footers while the change I made to grey only appears on the odd pages. How can I change the even pages also?

Everytime I click a link for downloading, I am asked whether "Open File Using" a certain application, or to "Save to Disk", which is normal. However, the incorporated download manager does not initiate. What is wrong?

I had this guy "fixing" my laptop a few days ago , I finally got it back but now I ran some updates from microsoft and it's telling that I can't install them because the program I have on my laptop is a copy of the windows microsoft program .

I asked a friend and he told me to leave it like that , that it really was a fake copy of the program , but it wont sotp my laptop from running fine , now do you think it really can affect my computer later ? Please help me with this and explain me .

What is going on? A few days ago I received notice of a new download from MS. I clicked on it and after loading it a balloon immediately informed me that I needed to install a legitimate copy of MS office that mine was falsified. I live in Brazil and my previous software was invaded by viruses, we turned it over to a computer person. I think he emptied it out and installed new programs. Hey, but what the heck do I know, I am just a grandma type person who knows nothing more than the on and off switch.

Is this a virus or the real thing and what can I do? We were planning to change to a completley new Mac system in just a few months. I don't want to buy a new Office system now. Is MS going to keep bugging me 10 times per day or worse?

Is anyone having a similar problem? I notice something about the software that says its origin Uruguay. Was this computer targeted because the language I use on the computer is Portuguese?
