"rar" is a file sompression utility, so you need a rar capable utility for un"rar"ing those files, just as you would a winzip file, in fact some versions of winzip support unzipping "rar" files I think. So, you might try a google query on "compression utilites".

Use a free zip utility like Tugzip or 7-Zip

those are win rared files.. u need to download and install winrar to extract those file.. its similar to winzip..
