You will need to get this information from your email provider. usually something like pop3 server mail.myisp.com. FYI, yahoo free accounts do not work with outlook express.

You can get that from your ISP's website. They all have step by step instructions for setting up email in Outlook.

You will have to ask your ISP provider. For example, I have Adelphia cable. My incoming and outgoing servers are mail.adelphia.net.
