I record a video from tv to a rewritable DVD with my home recorder.
When i put it then in the dvd rom of my PC none programm can recognize it.Some can play it but cannot copy so that i could burn it.pl help

which is the best keylogger in the world ? which would send logs automatically to a email address. i have tried using perfect keylogger but inspite of configuring it properly it just dont send logs to a e-mail address or an ftp address. so plz guys tell me a keylogger which would send logs to an e-mail address or an ftp address.

Help!!!! The other day my computer crashed and I took it to work for the tech guys to sort out. They did a disc rescue and re-installed XP OS.have sorted most things out except for one which is annoying! Now when I boot up the computer it stops at the second DOS page with the message;- invalid system disc,insert correct disc - boot from CD press any key to continue' this means I cannot start the computer and walk away whilst it sorts itself out. I have asked the guys at work who fixed it for me but as i'm in China and the guys are chinese I cant get them to understand the problem. How can I change this back to how it was before??????

My comuter had a red icon warning me to download antivirus; it had a list so I chosed Symantec and found it said 90 days free trial.
It is a small circle in black with small quares and yellow all around; it does not look like the original logo on Symantec which is yellow with black. Is that how it should look like.

I went to google and wrote Norton and there they offer trialware the same one; Symantec but strangely it it only for 15 days trial so....

Now the red icon dissapeared....should I trust it or should I remove the program.

How to know it is the real thing?

I tried , i think the program is there but there's a missing installation ( ? ) and even after i installed a MSN messenger upgrade from the internet , it still didn't work , my brother said i don't need a disk ( he's our family computer genuis and said he won't help me with this one ). So i'm thinking,....is there a program that i'm supposed to know about ?

I have a new external hard drive and just want to get the best software that will periodically and automatically backup data on the c drive. I know XP has one built in but have heard less than stellar reviews.
