I think that people are over-reacting. I know there are a lot of sickos out there, but I'd say 98% of the people using the Internet nowadays are normal, everyday people who don't want to hurt anyone. And I wish people would just let up on MySpace - I've reconnected with people I haven't talked to in years because of MySpace and have been able to keep in better touch with others.

If parents would teach their kids to be responsible and smart there would be fewer problems with kids being hunted and successfully trapped. Monitoring what they are doing on the Internet could do wonders as well.

Well I live in the UK and I believe you as a number of padophiles have had their homes raided and computers seized,they are posting adverts like I am 10yrs old etc and wait for the replies to flood in.I think it is the only way these creeps will be caught

I think its going to take a massive monitoring effort to stop the predators. Its too large, almost shocking how much traffic they get. its in the top 5 sites in the world,

my real thoughts, its impossible to monitor this, unless they employ thousands of workers around the clock, which will cost millions over the year

I have no problem with police monitoring MySpace, its their job to protect the public and much better than trying to controll internet content (I feel strongly about freedom of speach/information on the internet)
