I tried , i think the program is there but there's a missing installation ( ? ) and even after i installed a MSN messenger upgrade from the internet , it still didn't work , my brother said i don't need a disk ( he's our family computer genuis and said he won't help me with this one ). So i'm thinking,....is there a program that i'm supposed to know about ?

man easy uninstall MSM messenger completly no traces then get the highers upgrade possiblt try not to get a Beta... cause you may not like it... but that really works... hope that answers ur ?
