Hey all, this is my first try at a website made completely of Flash.

Once it's finished, it's going to be my personal website advertising my first novel.


It's still in it's early form of development.(only the first page works) But give me honest opinions about the design and everything.

If I register a domain name (just the domain, not a hosting plan) such as on aplus.net, will it work with Apache? Will I be able to access this website from anywhere?

All cars sold in the United States for the past 10 years. The pics need to all be side view, same rough size, no background (transparent is best), and I would like to have the original RGB dealer colors so users of the site can color "their" specific car. I am willing to pay for the pics, but have yet to find a company that would sell.

FIELDS: field1 field2 field3 field4

Field1 - has a list of 100 employee names
Field2 - has a list of employee numbers
Field3 - has a list of employee kid's names
Field4 - has a list of employee spouse names

I need to move the data in these fields into 3 fields/columns and stack the info from Field3 and Field4 onto each other.

Example:

field1 field2 field3 field4
Smith 001 Mary Jean
Chen 002 Wu Simon
Black 003 Tom Kate
Patel 004 Nigel Manu

I need to re-arrange the data in the following sequence:

fieldA fieldB fieldC
Smith 001 Mary
Chen 002 Wu
Black 003 Tom
Patel 004 Nigel
Smith 001 Jean
Chen 002 Simon
Black 003 Kate
Patel 004 Manu

There will actually be a FieldD that contains a descriptor for FieldC (ie. fieldD = spouse).

Anyone have any ideas? Field1 and field2 will be used as unique keys basically

I have a div tag with an inner div tag. When the contents of the inner div tag overflow the outer div tag, I don't want the scrollbars to appear.

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to have a link go to a certain part of a page. Like how do I make sections so if some clicks on package 1, it goes down to package 1, or if package 2 is clicked then go down to package 2, etc... I'm sure it's easy, but I'm not sure how to do it yet... Thanks in advance.

When i try running this query it tells me "data type mismatch in criteria expression"

Ive tried for the last 15 minutes changing the code but nothing is helping. I have the dates set in the same setup as the search, i dont know why it isnt working. Any help is appreciated.

The site wouldn't necessarily do online banking but would probably link to a third party online-banking service. I need to know what is important for the web designer to be familiar with in order to knowlegeably work with that third party provider? Is basic HTML enough? Or should they know Java or C++ or something else?

Ok, I have an image I would like to use on a wedding invitation:

It looks ok on photoshop and in the document but when I print it out it is a little pixely. Is there anything I can do to make it more fluent. I have tried playing around with photoshop but I can't get the desired effect, I am getting it to look too heavy instead of delicate. I have adjusted print quality too, I don't know what else to do??
