I have a class

public ref class idnamepair{
int iId;
String^ strName;
};

I am using objects of this class in ArrayList which is being returned from the web service.

In my core class, I am querying the database to fetch the values. So, I think that It won't be a good idea to first query for the no. of rows, allocate array and again query for values.

So, I want to stick to dynamic array here. Any solution?

I do paintings in oil and they're actaully really nice. It's a talent that I didn't know I had until a pretty serious work injury has kept me home for close to a year now. But anyway, I'm thinking of offering paintings of people's homes. They send me a photo, I paint the pic on a canvas, frame it, and only if they like it they pay. I'm just wondering what people think of this.

I have a blog on movie reviews, and I want users to be able to rate the movies themselves, something like what IMDB does, that is, it takes into consideration the average of all the ratings that users give to a particular movie.

I am so confuse how to code this.
what ever the total change is lets say $2.78 have to make it come out to be how many dollars, quarters, dime, nickels , penny.

but i just dont know how to use the Mod operator to do it.
this is is wat i did so far.
but it dont work gives me a error if i have something like
change mod .25 ... error is division by zero. and it wont work. wats wrong?

curDollars = curTotalChange \ 1
intRemainder1 = curTotalChange Mod 1

intQuarters = intRemainder1 / 0.25
intRemainder2 = intRemainder1 Mod 0.25

intDimes = intRemainder2 / 10
.........

even the dollars dont work :( can some one please help.

I do not know anything about web design, except for very basic codes (like font color and the like). (I am not bad with computers.)

Is there any site out there that I can go onto where I can.....

upload my own images, or design them, ....and then put them to animation so I can make them move as I choose....

then download those moving images from the site, so that I can place them on my web pages for my online store....

I'm looking to create my own moving logos...and especially characters....people?

A free site would be preferrable, if not, atleast one that isn't outrageous?

For work purposes , their website will not function unless it IE 6 and my PC has IE 7 and NetScape. I switch to Netscape and now my IE 7 won't pop up but I want it gone so I can install my downloaded IE6.
