Could a computer program compete in this Yahoo Answers game?

it could take a random answer from the ones already posted, combine it with another random answer, and use that

then it could go back to "undecided" questions and vote for itself all the time.

or it could just say "i dunno, we didn't cover it yet in class" all the time :)
