I was trying to watch something on YouTube but it said that i either didn't have the lastest flash which i do, flash9, or that my javascript is turned off, how do i turn this on, please help me!!

You can enable or disable Javascript in your browser. Javascript is bascially a client side validation script and it can be activated or deactivated in specific browser. This scripting is clearly system independent.
For mozilla and Internet Explorer I can suggest how to enable javascript.

mozilla:
go "Tools -> Option --> content "
then in the popup window check "javascript on" checkbox.

Internet Explorer:
For IE, the procedure is a bit hectic,

It's your browser that need configuring. If you go to tools then internet options then advanced there is a long list settings that have tick boxes, scroll down to enable javascript and tick the box.
Thats how to do it with internet explorer , i think netscape/mozilla browser is pretty similar

If your using Mozilla Firefox,its Tools, Options .Content. Here you will see it listed. Just tick.
