Use .NET IDE.
It is really good .

I dont know any IDE that has syntax check etc... Only syntax highlighting with different colors...

I'd go for DreamWeaver coz it's not only good for javascript but for everything else...

I also use DreamWeaver which is very good.
Microsoft Office FrontPage is also a good option.
