Go to the Help menu and type in creating and printing labels. From there, it will walk you through the process step by step.

The options you want are under Tools and then Envelopes and Labels.

One way to cheat, is to make a column
of addresses, one file for each page.
Then change the margins when you print
out, and send the same labels thru the
printer 3 times with different pages of
columns at different margins. Then you
get it done, but easily.
Also you can change the font size
of blank rows to small numbers like 4, just
type in a small font size.

Also, if you have Excel spreadsheet, it might
work like a charm for this too.
