i want to make a website, i have the coding on notepad now but what do i need to do so i can get it on the web

i have the coding to make the site but i dont know what to do so i can get it to run on the internet, so what do i need to do so i can run it?

you need ftp software - lots out there so just google "ftp software" and see what's best for you.

You will need to have bought domain hosting and webspace too, and will be given a username and password, you then upload your files to that webspace and all shoudl work fine. The first page you want people to see will have to be called 'index.html' (or .php or .asp - depending on if you've used that).

Yes, you have to upload it to your website (FTP is the sort of program usually used to do it.) If what you have is html then you can test it, to see how it's going to look, before you load it up to your website, by finding it, on My Computer, and just double-clicking it. Internet Explorer will pop up and display the results of your file.

u have to upload the code on web server

before that just compile the code ,see the result and so on

u can use third party tool to see your attempts

have you picked server browser correctly..hope so

u can use xamp in it

it will work to guide php mysql apache together..

its easy ...just do it

You need a domain name and hosting. You would upload your files to the hosting server - including all images.
