I love programming in PHP, but I know ASP.NET 2.0 pays more. To me PHP is more straightforward to work with than .NET. Should I take the time to learn ASP.NET 2.0 even though I like PHP more and am better/more accustomed to it?

I have a music DVD that has the option to display the lyrics. I want to copy certain songs off of that DVD and others and copy the lyrics over also, which is an option during the play. Does anyone know if this is possible.

I'm thinking about majoring in Computer Science at a university. I was looking at the curriculum for 'Computer Science I' and the entire curriculum is learning about Java. Why? It's useless. Why doesn't the course start off learning C or C++ instead of Java? I don't want to waste time and money on something that isn't very applicable to the real world.

Please don't reply if you're not currently studying/recent graduate of Computer Science or if you're just going to make an insult -- I'm not trying to sound like a jerk, I'm just trying to understand and concerned about my future.

im in the uk yeh. and my dvd player takes PAL like does the whole of uk for dvds ok and the region is 2.
im downloadin a film which is of better quality but is 4.8gbs and is NTSC which works for usa etc, is there neway of wen burning the film of changin the format to PAL from NTSC? as other wise i dont think ntsc will play on my player. phew, that was a lot of explaining!!

I need a function that will multiply the (Row x, Column x) by (Row X, Column Y) and Post results in (Row X, Column Z). But I need to replicate it for all rows without changing the code. Maybe Something like (=Product ((Whatever Row, Column x), (Whatever Row, Column Y)) THe rows change every time, but the columns will always be the same. THanks!

ive read that one of the features of flash 8 proffessional was that one could transfer the flash files to a mobile phone. i now have flash 8 and have not yet found out how i colud do that. could u please help?(i have a nokia series 40 phone, but i dont think that matters)
