how to export data from oracle to a different format? is it possible. will oracle be a OS soon?

You can use a simple SQL sentence an before executing it you shoul issue the SPOOL and after SPOO OFF.

I use other tool too, like Microsoft SLQ Server DTS. It's verya easy to export to SQL-Server, Access, TXT, DBF, Excel, etc....
