WHY oh WHY do you use frontpage, get yourself Dreamweaver please, if you are actually trying to design websites for money frontpage is laughed at in the indusrty use the full range of macromedia product and now with adobe owning them photoshop will soon be intergated so there will be no reason to use any other software than the macromedia/adobe family it all works together to make your life better.
Insert -> picture then select flash format or multimedia object can not really remeber only uesd it twice before i gave up on it as a useless piece of rubbish.
