I'm working on a site and all the text and what not are in php files, but the active link colors aren't looking to good, so in Dreamweaver if I click on the "Page Properties" and edit the colors there (and then "export" the css that comes up ion the CSS porperties section) can I use the CSS to define the active color links? in the PHP files in the html page?
Also, what is an iFrame, and how do I change the background color of it in Dreamweaver?

I have a black and white photo that has a flower on it. I want everything in the photo to remain b&w, but I want to add red color to the flower. Please be as specific as possible. I am new to this program so I need all the help I can get! Thanks!

I have sony vaio rx 650 with P4, which is 4 years old. Now, I want to upgrade with Amd dual core 4800, which is so fast. If I want to do this, what componets should I move from desktop? I think I just need to replace intel pentium 4 chip with dual core one, is it correct, or I also need to upgrade memory, motherboard, etc??

I find an image/brush/patter whatever online that is not for commercial use, so, I don't use it in that way. Whatsoever, I have a client that want a website (personal) with the image/brush/pattern in question.
While I am not selling it, I am being paid for the job using it. What should I do in a case like that?

Can somebody explain what application server is? I am trying to understand SAP. In their 3 tier layout, you have the server, the application server and then the client computer. My question is why can't you just use a client computer with the application and use it to talk to the database residing within the server. What's the point of having the client server talk to the application server who then talks to the server?

Is it because these client computers are relatively "crappy" and they only possess enough power to display the GUI? IE a cash register at Target.

Okay so here's the issue.....
I can't download anything on my computer since its restricted to administrator priveledges only. Well lets say my friend downloads flash 8, she has this chip thing that if she plugs into my computer she can send me a program or file or anything. So if she downloaded, and saved it, and then plugged it into my computer so I can have it, will I have flash 8?

I use limewire to download songs. I've had limewire for about 2 years, usually it works fine and downloads fast. but lately when i put the name of the song i want, nothing comes up...i've even let it search for an hour or more but nothin comes up. Has anyone else experienced this.

I am trying to install the basic version of parachat to my site and when I do it says that I need to enable IFRAMES. So, I went to Internet Options,Security,Custom Level and enabled "Launching programs and files in an Iframe" and hit ok. I closed all open windows and then opened it back up and tried it again and it still says that I don't have IFRAMES enabled. I checked my internet options again and it is still enabled. Any suggestions?? :)
