I'm tring to creat a website. I just wanna know what is necceray to put it on the WWW. Do you have to pay money? When you search for things on Yahoo!(R) or Google(R) or MSN(R) what do the creaters of these websites do to put 'em there.

Hello! I am having some problem while comparing the value of a column with all other values in that column.

Please suggest a solution. I have written the code but it compares each row's "KEY" column value with itself which is not desired.

i have already tried mysql.com but although i have tried they don't seem to work as it asks many questions which it is difficult to understand. so anyone can tell me step by step how to do that and how we start developing the web site.
