What you are asking is not a few days or weeks job. First you must register a good domain name then you must design a nice and friendly website. Then you must decide which products sell easily on Internet and better go for that. You must also register your website in all major search engines but also promote your website by placing your banner on sponsored links. It will take some time for people to trust your website and start buying products from there so be patient.
