I'm tring to creat a website. I just wanna know what is necceray to put it on the WWW. Do you have to pay money? When you search for things on Yahoo!(R) or Google(R) or MSN(R) what do the creaters of these websites do to put 'em there.

You don't necessarily have to pay money to host a website. There are several host that let you do it for free, and put small ad banners on your site.
Since you're obviously already a Yahoo user, the easiest solution to host a free website would be geocities ( http://www.geocities.com )
It is affiliated with Yahoo, and you can use your yahoo id to set up an account. Other alternatives that come to mind are http://www.tripod.com and http://www.angelfire.com
It's been a while since I took advantage of free webspace. Now if you want to host a site without any ad banners, you will have to pay, but it is often as little as $5 a month. You can find more resources on webhosting here: http://www.webhostingstuff.com/

hi
first of all u need to register ur domain (Web Site Address). for that u need to pay one time.
Second u need to buy a space on net for ur website. for that u need to pay on yearly basis and depends on the ISP's (Internet Service Provider) condition. Like Data Infosys Ltd. Satyam etc. etc.
then create ur website and save it on the server.
one more thing if u want to create a free website then u can use
www.tripod.com
and many others.
