How can I copy certain tracks from a DVD with closed captioning to a dvd.?

I have a music DVD that has the option to display the lyrics. I want to copy certain songs off of that DVD and others and copy the lyrics over also, which is an option during the play. Does anyone know if this is possible.

you have to do that task with software like DVD Shrink..it lets you copy any single part or the whole dvd, you choose what to copy.
You cannot do this while playing the dvd.
