I had to have a new hard drive put into a Dell XPS200 that I bought less than a year ago & for some reason the tech that Dell sent did not install the "Cyberlink's PowerDVD " on here so now when I tried to play a DVD it automatically tried to launch it with WMP. My question is HOW can I pick something else to Open (play) the DVD with? When I go to the drive that the DVD is in I get "open" option plus all the other normal stuff you get when you right click but there is NO "open WITH" option. Thanks for any ideas

I am an experienced computer technician and have a long background in Computer Science, but I am confused by one thing. There are certain BIOS settings that are really confusing. How do I know what the most efficient settings are in the BIOS when I build a new machine? Where can I go to get this information? By the way, I am not referring to overclocking.

When i enter a cd in to my cd rom drive it wont prompt me on what to do? it used to and then i hit no action and said always do this action, how do i get it back to where it was before so it can prompt me.

i'm running a system by Microsoft,an XP, service pack2 at 80 Gigs of wich 79% of those are in use, could it be that the reason i get the message ..." This program is not responding, (with it's dialog box showing 2 options,) 1) ...send error report...... 2) don't send " . Can anyone explain ?

If I wanted to trace to see if any copy is been made of a DVD.
What are the tools to that ? and is there any software in a copy protected DVD that shows that the DVD has ben copied and in what time? Is that possible at all?

im trying to remember what atari computer i had, i cant remember much bout it, the base was a keyboard/box with a seperate tape reader thingy that used normal looking tapes!!! and a catridge slot on the back catridges simillar to n64's i think i had games like salmon run, space ranger and some 3d game which was meant to be a doom for the atari where the enemys where spiders it was proper retro even when i had it and this is about 10 years ago maybe even more? it had a basic operating system it looked a bit like windows because it had those window boxes and a trash can!!! any ideas?

I got a used Ipod 30 gig a couple of days ago and did not get the cd and it would not turn off or work with Itunes so I reset it and it turned off then I refomatted it (turns out it was formatted on an apple machine) and it worked great but when I downloaded Itunes a second time to upgrade the Ipod software a playlist showed up that said "KIRK'S Limewire songs". Well I quit fooling with P2P years ago when they started sueing people ,now this stuff pops up and it's a bunch of R&B and old RAP songs ,is this a trap or what

I want to know how to type in the small initials for the word "trademark" (you know where the tm appears to the top-right of a brand name), but I can't figure out how to do so on my keyboard.
