Digital Video Camera is best for loading Videos on to the net as they can record over an hour with out stopping. Also The quality is very good.

Digital Still Cameras/Mobile Cell Phones usually can't record for over a set time. But they're great if you just want to make a Video on the spur of the moment, but the vaired quality is something to factor in.

Analogue Video Cameras, are now old techology, and as the quality of the Images seem poor compared to today's standards.
