I had to have a new hard drive put into a Dell XPS200 that I bought less than a year ago & for some reason the tech that Dell sent did not install the "Cyberlink's PowerDVD " on here so now when I tried to play a DVD it automatically tried to launch it with WMP. My question is HOW can I pick something else to Open (play) the DVD with? When I go to the drive that the DVD is in I get "open" option plus all the other normal stuff you get when you right click but there is NO "open WITH" option. Thanks for any ideas

Open My Computer
Click on Tools > Folder Options
Go to File Type
Scroll through the file types until you find VOB (the extension for a DVD file)
Look for the "Open with" underneath the file types, and click on Change
Set it to use Power DVD instead of WMP.
