i work at an office and everyday after i leave they log onto my computer and look at wut i was lookin at and that annoys me.. i have nothing to hide by i feel like there invading my privacy.. i know to delete the history and the cookies but is there anything else i can do? thanks i appreciate it!

like i figured out that if you email a picture from your file and then go back to the sent email you can click the pic you sent then when it comes up you can click arrows and it shows pictures that like have been saved without you actually saving them when you get on the internet it saves them on your memory somehow so i want to know how to delete all of those things because when i search things on google imags a lot of bad thigs come up and i don't want them on my computer

In windows explorer i clicked on, Tools>folder option>view> clicked on show hidden files and folders. Still i am not able to view my hidden files and later when i open again Tools>folder option>view, the "radio point" again pointing with donot show hidden files and folders?

I have one on mail order and it should be arriving today. If there are no instructions with it, how would I go about installing it? I made sure it was the right size before I ordered it. So, any helpful hints? Here is a picture of it:

Icons on bottom right corner have changed to horzinal and next to start my yahoo ticker beta showed up I have no idea where it came from and under that cyberlink powerDVD shows up I don't know where any of this came from I would like to get it back like it was computers are new to me thank you. I have set on another domain to redirect messages from there to my yahoo mail. Somehow they are not redirected to the yahoo box. I have checked the redireting adress and it is correct. I contacted one.com which are the webbhotel i am using for my domain and they say that from their side all is correctly done and that it might be that the mail is being stopped into a spamfilter in yahoo. but in my spam box nothing is coming in there. What to do??
