Why not? You can as long as you don't drop/bump it. Just don't do it too often or too far. But from one end of a desk to the other should be fine.
If a cable does disconnect, even that shouldn't have to cause that much problems, unless it's the power cable. If that happens all unsaved data will be lost (basically the same as a reset).

Yes - No problem
I do it all the time. Just make sure the power cable stays in and that you don't drop it or knock it too hard.
Once its moved, make sure everything is plugged in where it should be and you should be operational again.

Be careful that your hard drive isn't doing something (eg reading/writing) when you move your PC, because if it gets badly knocked whilst working it can get physically damaged.

Why don't you try it and see? Hehe.
It should be OK as long as none of the cables disconnect, and you dont accidentally hit the power button.

yes you can, try and keep it fairly level and make sure you dont dislodge the cables, but would take any cds out of the drives :)
