In windows explorer i clicked on, Tools>folder option>view> clicked on show hidden files and folders. Still i am not able to view my hidden files and later when i open again Tools>folder option>view, the "radio point" again pointing with donot show hidden files and folders?

In most cases the folder options only apply to the currently open folder. You have to click on the "Apply to All Folders" button at the top to change this.

thats strange...make sure u havent install any unsecure program... I think u'd better get rid of ur windows

do a search for it in your c drive, if you know the name of the file.

maybe they are hidden for a reason
