About 3wks ago a gentleman answered my question about recoveing data from damaged or unformted CD's. I forget the name, but I picked him as the best answer. Problem? My hard drive crashed and I lost the link to the website. If you are this person, be my savior once again and give it to me again. I did go to the site and bought the software, but haven't received it, so I need to contact these guys. Thanks.

I had to do a system restore on my desktop I went from aug28 it solved the problem I was having but now it will not let me go on anything.I can clck on the internet and it brings up my home page but will not let me go antwhere else and it does the same in my other things off of the internet like word perfect or corel photo album it is like evrything is frooze at on point but all these things were on here before the 28 what can I do

2 files just showed up on my desktop, CA2BCXAB and CA2OLJVA. They have no file extensions, and under type of file it just says file, they're also both 0 bytes. When I try to delete them it says cannot read from source file or disc. How do I get rid of them???

I have an English PC which came preset with a region 2 DVD drive. If I change my region on my PC DVD drive to region 1 then will I be able to play region 1 DVDs? Will PAL or NTSC have anything to do with it? Would I have to download a new Codec, if so where from?

all the movies i copy to blank dvd disc skips in my dvd player. There are no scratches on the discs but they still skip. is there a way make the skipping stop?

I know that to type certain foreign symbols, such as á, and pretty much any symbol there is, you can hold "alt" and enter in a numerical key.

For example é = alt+0233

Can anyone tell me how to type the square root?

My monitor is making screeching / whistling noise. I tilt the monitor back and forwards and it stops. Then I move it back into its original position and it carrys on making a racket. Its giving me ear ache. Does any one know how I can fix this.
