If you are using word and you want to print labels this is how:
If you want to print a single label or a full page of the same labels go to the tool bar on top and left click tools a drop down menu will appear. Hold your mouse over letters and mailings and a few options will appear. Use (Click) envelopes and labels. On the bottom left of this box (the print section) it will say full page or single label. If you are printing a single label you will have to enter the row and column the label will print on. You will also have to enter which type of label you are using or the size of the label in order for it to print properly. You can change this setting by clicking on the label section to the right of the print section (the place where you enter full page or single label). In this section you can select a brand or if you double click it you can enter a custom size. Then all you need to do is click print in the top right section. To change the font or size, etc. you can select (highlight with your mouse) all of the information you want to put in a specific font and right click on it. Drag the mouse down to font and another menu will come up with several options for the font, bold or italics, size, underlining, etc.
Now, if you want to print a full page of different labels that is different...In which case you will do the same first two steps. Use the tool bar, left click tools, scroll down to letters and mailings and select mail merge. You will them follow the step by step menu on the right. Select the document you want to produce (labels) and then hit next. It will walk you step by step through a system that will help you to create a whole page of different labels.
Good Luck

Go to Microsoft Word. Pick out the type of labels you need and type it in on the master label and that will produce the exact writing on the while page of labels.
