I got prompted to open a new window, and it just won't work! I have now opened every window in my house, but I still can't get the information I need to show up on my screen. Help!!

Why is it that on some websites you have to type www in order to view that webpage. In most cases all you have to do is the domain name and www automatically comes up.

My internet connection is working fine i go onto aim all the time. But my internet explorer or mozilla firefox is not working. I have my bank account set up with paypal, but can i still pay through paypal if i have no money in the paypal account and it just come out of my bank, or do i have to be verified?

I am now residing outside of the US and so I cannot, according to ABC, watch my favorite shows. I want to change my IP address so it appears as though I am in the US and I can feel like something is the same in my life when everything is different. I am not computer saavy and I don't want to screw up my present connection, since the internet company here has issues.

I really need a job and all the companys that hire around here say send resume thriugh e-mais (No Faxing)(so they dont have a load of papers). I have to send my resume by E-mail Please Can someone HELP step by step. I have it writin out on my computer and ever time I send it they write back saying the progam I usein doesnt allow it to open to view.

I sold a car on ebay on Monday just gone, and I have heard nothing from the buyer(I sent the invoice etc)- I have looked at his ID and it says he has been a member since dec 2005. BUT it also states he is from France and he has no feedback as he has brought nothing from ebay before?!?! I think I have been done over!
I do have somebody else interested in the car but how long do I leave it before I can go through with this other sale? Also ebay have added it up that for selling the car through them and meeting the reserve price of £45, BUT I havent even got any money, how do I tell ebay this and will they give me any money back or not take it full stop? This is my first time selling anything on ebay, and I dont think I will again! Thanks for your help folks!

I have got Be Broadband for nearly one year, I was signed up for their Be Unlimited, which is a no contract service, and now I need to move to another place, they ask me to pay a cancellation fee for 50 pounds or a "3" month notice before cancel. I would like to ask that if their is no contract at all, do I need to pay this? and a 3 month notice seems to be unreasonable while others are mostly request for around a month. Thank you.

When I first bought my xp computer, I was going to use it only for games. So I deleted anything on it that had to do with the internet. Now, 5 years later, I want internet on it. I bought a router and plugged it in. I have internet explorer again (but I can't go on the internet), and when I was in dos mode, it said I WAS connected to the internet, but I still can't open any sites. I've done everything, and I still cant go on the internet. I'm afraid i deleted something crucial and the computer doesn't understand that im connected.

My cousin wants to set up a eBay account. She previously had one when she was at her mums address but due to Nigerian fraudsters she got it suspended. She tried opening another eBay account but couldn't do so with the same bank account details. She now has a new bank account, can she now open a new eBay account? If so can she open it in her mother's address or will the eBay account be once again closed? Is it just better to use her own address? Does it matter what address now that she has different bank details? Please help... Thanks in advance.

I know about the Print Screen button, and paste it into something like Paint or whatnot. However, if a picture on the Internet is RIGHT CLICK PROTECTED. Is there any other way around getting the picture save on your computer without changing the format of the picture.
I do not want nor would try to repost the picture on another web site. I would just like to collect these certain pictures for myself.

I use Mozilla Firefox. Is there any other browser that would allow me to save the picture? Most of the pictures are on this web site through fotki.com.

Can I connect to the internet without having a phone line hooked up? I have a desk top computer with a wireless card installed. Sometimes I receive a very weak bootleg signal, but want to know if it is possible to have my own signal (not bootlegged) without needing a phone line. Can anyone help me?
