Yes you can cancel it, see the details of the transaction if it's possible.

What you can do is wait until the balance that you are transfering from your bank account to your PayPal account gets cleared, once it is in your PayPal account transfer it once again to your bank account and you'll have your money back into your account. This proccess usually takes between 3-5 days, so you would have to wait about 1 week; but try to cancel it, check the details of the transaction and you'll be ok.

Ring your bank and cancel the transaction if its gone through then paypal is a law of it own.
Run by 5 year olds who make the rules up as they go along there is a telephone no for paypal though.

ps.even ebay has a tel no now. Honest

I had to call paypal then it took a week to get it back.. You could try contacting your bank mine was going to charge me for what they called it as a stop payment...
