I got prompted to open a new window, and it just won't work! I have now opened every window in my house, but I still can't get the information I need to show up on my screen. Help!!

I think it's your screen. Open all of your window screens too.

You need to put the computer in the window. Open and closed it as hard as you can several times.

I'll bet you only opens in the windows in the walls with drywalling. You also have to open windows in the firewall. Otherwise it keeps you from getting to the Internet.

Is it a Mac? If it is, you have to be eating an apple while opening the windows. Close them all and try it again.
