I have certain internet sites that will not delete from cookies / temp internet files. IE: myspace.?

I have already tried to delete my temporary internet files and have also defragmented my hard drive but some site are still popping up and will not delete.

The things popping up are not because of your internet files.

Install, update and run free versions of both Spybot and Ad-aware:
