will it work if i connect two internet connection (sbc and roadrunner) to triple the speed?

First, you can have only one connection per network interface card or wireless adapter. If you can put several such cards in your machine, you should indeed get more than one connection, HOWEVER they'll all be independent. They won't be able to share bandwidth, that is, if you're downloading a large file on one, the others won't be able to help out and download it faster.

No. Windows can only recognize one connection at a time.

You may be able to somehow configure one to be a download and one to be an upload connection, though. Interesting thought.

nope...don't believe so. Each ISP will attempt to issue an IP address...your computer can only accept one.
